BEWARE Don't go anywhere near INSE, bad product, bad warranty and bad customer support – The vacuum battery does not last as advertised, The filters do not seal properly, as a result, any dust the machine sucks up is thrown back into the room, for people to breathe in. So it should be called a dust spreader. I sent repeated emails to the company, I sent numerous videos and photos showing the loose fitting filters. After I sent the videos, they have gone quiet, they don't respond to my emails any more.

Don't waste your money on this product, customer service is not existent, and the product is faulty.
