Hi. I purchased a second hand Instachill 09EX that hadn't been used as it was the second. I clean it regularly and use it as instructed. But as of late it has started leaking from the bottom. The drain cap is well fitted but it still leaks. Could you please advise what the problem could be and how I can rectify it?
My fan does not seem to be working there is no noice in the machine it has been stored away all winter and it does not seem to be working

hi mabe 10 cents per hour or less depending on your provider of electricity its just a fan with a small water pump
My Instachill has stopped working. The red lights for the power and speed are on on the panel so there is power to the machine. But when I touch or press ..any of the buttons nothing happens

There is a little draw at front towards the bottom , open it and fill it , you can see the water lever when the little red ball rises

i bought a instachil 09ex-v2 the pump blewup and nobody can sell one so all i have now is a fan not a instachill machine
If it still u day warranty contact TV shop, if not then it’s not worth replacing … sorry
It is obvious from the number of complaints that this is a product to be avoided. The pump in mine no longer works and now is only a fan. They are not cheap either, especially for what they are. Warn off anyone you know is thinking of buying one.
Can the vents be removed, adjusted or replaced?
Not removed but can press the button on top to swing
My vents are no longer oscillating. Any suggestions please?
Sorry not much can be done unless you know an electrician unless you call customer service for advice ? They were not helpful with me but try your luck , like I said my 4 we’re extremely noisy and absolutely no cold air , your better off with a fan , it’s lighter and quieter and you don’t have to keep filling it up , customer service suggested I fill it with ice which made no difference, good luck
