Excellent Service – Katrina Longmore has been our strata manager for several years. Over that time she has resolved many ongoing defects that were a result of a bad builder. Always efficient and professional with her responses. More importantly she got things done where previous managers did very little to help. Would highly recommend Katrina and her team.

Lack of communication – Repairs take months to get quoted on and fixed, there is a distinct lack of communication and a difficulty in getting clarity on where projects are up to because of a lack of attention to detail.

Honeymoon period over – Unfortunately, our portfolio has been transferred from the knowledgeable person to a trainee in strata. That was my fear initially, being handed over to another person, because our SP is very small and probably not of great interest and profit.
