After they unloaded my furniture, they stayed a little longer to make sure I was okay. Even the next day, Sam called me to make sure I was good. Their rates are great as well. Amazing Moving Service – Amazing service, to say the least! Sam and his team made a stressful move from Melbourne to Brisbane so easy and smooth that it took less than a week. We were able to deliver the furniture a day early and pick it up on time. So cheap for such high-quality service!! Don’t ever use this company – I booked my move from Brisbane to Sydney of a 3bedroom house with this company 6 weeks prior to my move. They were very polite prior to moving date of 19th Nov. Saturdays. I asked to speak to [Name Removed] (the person I originally booked with) and was then told yes it was happening at 12pm.

I waited til 12pm. No removalists. I rang the company to be told that the truck had broken down and they were waiting on a part. Truck should be there at 4pm. No truck at 4pm. I rang again to be told still waiting for the part. Should be there at 7pm. Once again no show. I rang again and was told it would be Monday at 2pm.

Waited til Monday. Once again no show at 2pm. I had to contact the company again!!! Was told ‘oh I thought someone had rung you’. Which no one had. Was then told it would be there at 4pm. Long story short - didn’t arrive again!! No phone call. I had to ring them. Was told the truck had broken down and the move would be on the Wednesday. Which was too late. I hired my own truck and did the move myself.

Asked for my deposit back… still waiting.

Don’t ever use this company. I feel they are a scam.
