very happy – I see where customers are giving INZ a 1 star rating and complaining about no service etc etc but honestly - hand on heart - they were great to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. They provided excellent service and a great product. Well done Bruno, Deny and the team.

Absolute lack of customer service and expensive – We only engaged with INZ through my knock down / rebuild through our builder. We spent more than $50k on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. When installation was 'completed' no one from INZ came out to do a spot check. We had to do this ourselves prior to moving in and once we had moved in, fast forward 6 months and we are still waiting for them… Read more

to install one faulty kitchen drawer and adjust other drawers that hasn't flushed close. Throughout the build, INZ was the only company that failed in the service department, as though they just wash their hands off you. I believe I would have saved a lot of money going through another kitchen supplier who actually cares and who also has the technology to provide you with a 3D image not a 2D drawing. I will warn people to stay away from INZ and seek other options as there are many out there. Please don't waste your money with this company who only cares about taking your money.

Would give no stars if it was an option – Strap on a pair of rocket launchers and get as far away from this company as possible!! If you want a quality and durable kitchen with respectful and responsive customer service then definitely go somewhere else. kitchen that they installed and when I enquired about it they wasted almost 6 months of my time. I waited for emails, phone calls and messages to be returned only to be given the run around by rude and disrespectful staff. Absolutely would not recommend INZ Kitchens to anyone.

Worse customer service ever and bad products – Bad customer service new kitchen and bathrooms all scratched in the conners new handles all damaged I would never use them again I had no option as this who the bulider used These are only a couple of photos I have like 50 more. Very disappointing

Customer Service Isn’t Great – I have cupboards in my unit from INZ Kitchens thought I’d get another quote for cupboards been a few weeks rang quite a few times about getting the quote? Was told I’d get it by email yesterday? Not good they don't seem they want my business?

2nd Kitchen installed LOVE this company – This is the 2nd time i have used this company and the whole process from start to finish was fantastic. 1st kitchen installed was Laminate with 20mm stone benchtops and second was Shaker profile with 40mm stone benchtops. I had a strict timeline with lots of trades working together and INZ kitchens really pulled through and delivered not only quality but great customer service.

Rude!! – Dealing with this team is a nightmare. Their administration is hopeless and the finance staff are beyond rude and incompetent. Late payments, 'lost' invoices and sloppy work. From one small business owner to another - INZ sort your staff out!

High quality work, highly recommeneded – Recently had my kitchen done by INZ Kitchens, would highly recommend them to anyone due to their helpful customer service and high quality joinery. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish and we could not be happier with our new kitchen.

Poor workmanship and design (rip off) – Inz kitchens built my kitchen which is only 6 months old and totally falling apart. The top cupboards are falling away from the bulkhead and there is now a large gap and exposed screws. that it is difficult to open. Cupboards are full of screw holes. Note this kitchen cost over 20k and I have only mentioned a few problems. They have been contacted a number of times with no response. Do your research before you choose your kitchen manufacturer. The top cupboards are going to be ripped out and replaced by another manufacturer. The colour Poor quality material and workmanship not a functional design. They do not provide any warranty or service although they say they do.
