Customer service as well as the product a nightmare – Received a pair of IOco glass coffee cups over Christmas from dinner guests. Both are faulty with a hole on the bottom due to manufacturing issue. This allows water into the cup from the dishwasher. Very difficult to get the water out unless you leave it on your desk to make a complete mess allowing a slow leak. Discussed this with company asking for replacement. Sent photos thru to them as requested. Many phone calls and time wasted on a couple of cups.Denied replacement as I didn't open and ask my guest for a receipt at the dinner table!!! Will not replace as I don't have a receipt !!! BTW the glass went dull with one wash in the dishwasher. Do not purchase from this company as they have no after sales service.
