Your Own Noodle Dream – Modern casual dining, serving only quality noodles, served with your choice of broth and sides. Very very very close to what you'd expect, (and have to queue for), in Tokyo or Osaka, I've done both! Pork broth or bonito based, mild or spicy, firm, medium or soft noodles, slices of pork belly, char siu etc, adorned with half egg, shallots and fine slithers of dried capsicum. The presentation is authentic, the taste is full-bodied addictive, and the prices very reasonable around $17 - $20 a bowl. If you are really hungry, add another serve of noodles for a $1. Sides of pickles, or even fried chicken are available. Reservations not taken, just show up. The wait shouldn't be more than 15 min at the most. Business is brisk. Cash only.
