Unreliable. I have a daily schedule set up to run on our hard floor. If there is an issue such as it getting stuck which results in it running out of battery, it goes offline and it’s not a simple matter of then putting it back on charge. It is a 10-20 min process depending on the day to reboot it manually and the device with the app needs to remain physically close to it in order to do so, meaning no remote fixes.

Even worse, where it doesn’t run there is no alert or notification on the app either. This happens usually a couple of times a week. Honestly very disappointed in this purchase and wouldn’t purchase this brand again.

Buy the roborok – As others have written the mapping feature is hit or miss. For some reason it has included part of a corridor two rooms away as part of the kitchen. It does not follow the scheduling. The auto empty function does not empty the bin. The mop is not cleaned. I had a Roborok which functioned better but had to be repaired twice in a little over two years but it was much better. I wish I had replaced with the new roborok.

A disappointed purchase – Map is leaving places without mapping. Cleaning is not done properly even in places the map is created properly. No manual ROI vacuuming. No dynamic map updating. Poor interface.

Does not work! – Have had less the 24 hours and am taking back for a refund. The mapping function does not work. It misses out half the home, despite repeated attempts and restarts. Check online and lots of people have had the same issue going back years and it hasn’t been fixed.
