Don't waste your money! – I bought this vacuum cleaner for my business. We have a photography studio and mainly carpet. It worked well for the first few months (we were in lockdown for five months out of the 13 months that we've had it.). Now, it doesn't pick up anything; it just pushes the particles around the floor. We need to vacuum everyday, usually picking up threads from baby wraps and blankets etc. No food scraps. This is THE most useless vacuum I've ever had. Show details

Useless Vacuum – Useless vacuum that was thrown out after parts broke. Does not have enough suction to clean even hardwood floors. Godfreys owner in Toowoomba recommended it over other more expensive vacuums. Complete waste of money. After too many bad experiences with Godfreys I will never buy anything from them again. Show details

I put up with – Flat carpet in my sisters disabled van , the brush stops 3secs after turning on & 1year later the recharge cord doesnt work to charge it anymore, it sits in the cuoboard for 2years unused- $100 is alot of $ to me, I used it about 20 times. Wasted $100 shouldve had afterpay back then & I wouldve bought a Dyson Show details

For people saying machine not collecting up as intended .. solution – Ive found a likely solution to this problem. Check all pipes and joins from head to barrel.. they block up with ease. Check & clear those regularly. IvacX10 & X20 (recent upgrade) Show details

Works well – Works well on a variety of floors. It does not like tassels on oriental carpets. Emptying to cleaner is relatively simple, but depending on the type of dust, the filters need frequent washing. Show details

Works well and is light – It's lightweight and works well on my tiles and carpet. I've owned it for about over a month now. Easy to empty the dirt out. I have a long haired cat and I have no issues with hair getting stuck on the roller. Show details

You get what you pay for – Easy to use and store. Lightweight with necessary attachments. Not very powerful suction. Would only recommend for light vacuuming duties. Vacuums up dust on hardwood floors ok, but doesn’t do much when using on carpets/rugs. Show details

Not fit for purpose – Despite going thru the rigmorol of constantly emptying, clearing tube, cleaning brush etc this machine can not pick up dirt or debris from floor. It just falls back out the brush head. Totally useless as a vacuum cleaner. Better off gluing your dust buster to a broom handle. This is a class action candidate against Godfreys. I want my money back $99 Show details

Worst stick vacuum cleaner I have ever had – I use this vacuum cleaner on tile surfaces, about the only substance it picks up is hair, everything else seems to fall back onto the floor as you go back and forward. Show details

Excellent product for the Price – This product is perfect for my house, very light and easy to use. Running time normally last for 20-30 minutes. I have both floowboards and carpets and this vacuum works well on both.

Worst Vac – Bought this purely to vaccum my low pile rug. Tiny food crumbs and hair. It worked for a few months then turned into a useless machine. Lift it off the ground and every single thing comes flying out of it. Ive just thrown it in the bin right on its first birthday. Had enough of constantly having to pull it apart to try to get it to work. Won't purchase this brand again. Show details

Great Product – This vacuum is perfect for my household, very light and easy to use. You can just pick it up and zoom around the house with it! The vacuum is only suitable for dirt, pet hair and crumbs, bigger objects tend to clog the vacuum and the dust bin needs emptying regularly. I have both hard wood floors and carpets and this vacuum works well on both! I… Read more

charge the vacuum every few days and probably get around 1-1 1/2 hours use out of it. It cuts down about half the time of vacuuming due to being cordless!

Worthless, an ornamental vacuum – This vacuum doesn’t suck it literally pushes crap around the floor. The only thing this could be used as is an ornamental vacuum if that’s your thing. I really should have returned this when I bought it. Show details

Great for crums, dirt, Inbetween main weekly vaccuums – This is light weight easy to store, easy to grab for quick pick-ups of little messes. Walked in grass, dirt on shoes, crumbs from food etc. Although not as powerful as a regular vacuum cleaner, this is so handy for quick clean-ups. I love how it’s both a little hand vac for use on my lounge or the car with 2 attachments. Then you just attach the… Read more

long pole with power head which has a rotating brush for jobs on the floor. The Godfreys sales assistant explained that this type of charger in this product is able to be left with power on, most other charging vacs use chargers that must be turned off when reaching full charge or it will reduce the charger life - it doesn’t matter with this model. I love it as an extra to my main vacuum cleaner. I think it has quite good suction for a mini vac.

Light and easy to use – I have a dog who sheds constantly and i was looking for any easy light weight and cordless Stick vacuum. I like to clean up his fur everyday, i love this one as it is easy to use, lightweight and has really good suction for what i need. I use it on tiles carpet and shag rugs and it handles all of these surfaces very well. I also love how easy… Read more

Vacuum Died Just after Warrarnty Lapsed – Keep away from this product ... Godrey's are ripping off customers by selling poor quality products. After just over 12 months (that is, just after the warranty lapsed) the battery died and I was expected to pay for a new one after paying $150 just 12 months prior. I won't be purchasing any more products from Godreys. Show details

Use anywhere – I like this vac because I can clean hard surfaces ( wooden floor in my case) and move straight on to carpet ( unlike the Dyson where you have to change heads) It vacuums well, and has a switch that doesn’t have to be held on ( unlike the Dyson). I would recommend it and the price is good ( unlike the Dyson). Show details

Easy to use – Thought this a great idea, nice and light, easy to manouver but suction is sooo poor on wooden floors and on carpet after using half a dozen times. Took it back to the Agent who said the Filter MUST be cleaned after every vacuum. Did that and am now happy!! Kaye Show details ·  1

POOR SUCTION is the killer, always Kink and jam with hair!!! – Although it is easy to maintain only by removing the brush and knot on the side to remove the hair, still a pain does it 3-4times in a one bedroom apartment. You could image how it is a nightmare for a bigger household. Show details

Save your money – I bought this to use cleaning my car, and it is useless. The suction is below quality. Even using it on tile floor, thought, great, picking up and cleaning well......well, I was shocked when I turned it off and picked it up, all the bits of dirt, fluff etc, was just sitting there on the floor. Save your money and buy something that is worth it. I'd give this 0 stars but, sadly that is not a choice.  Show details

Very Poor Product – Vacuum worked once then went to re charge and it died .Returned to godfrey and they replaced the battery Got it home and it did'nt work as the new battery was dead too. Crap quality should have bought a better quality brand but it was just for our caravan , was going to take it back again but just figured I was waisting my time.  Show details

So annoyed I bought it. Useless – This is a terrible machine. No suction and doesn’t recharge properly. Have had it a couple of months and am throwing it out. The attachments are pretty useless too - hard to get into small spaces. Why does this need fifty words minimum? It’s crap. I’ve said it. Done. Seriously.  Show details

Initially Happy But ! – I got this iVac before last Xmas but suction was poor & after a couple of weeks the brush stopped rotating, we returned it to the Godfreys where we purchased it & after about 10 days I got a call to say it was back from repair & they had changed the faulty battery & given it a clean? I was convinced it was new as nothing seemed used, it worked so… Read more

much better & has been okay for months but the brush has given up AGAIN it is not clogged or blocked so I guess it'll just have to be used for high areas & stairs .... Very disappointed as I loved it.

Worked great at the beginning – Was a great portable vaccum cleaner at the beginning. Not needing to be charged too often, picked up everything off a tiled floor and a shaggy rug. After a few months I would need to recharge after 10 minutes of use and also the spinning brush stopped working. If only it lasted being great  Show details

sorry l purchased it – the suction is below par and the fluff sticks to the brushes instead of going into the vac, which impedes the suction.Have to use another vac to clear the brushes and clear the filter constantly. Not happy with this machine. would buy another brand next time. There is nothing more l can add.  Show details

Pleasantly surprised for a budget vacuum cleaner – I bought this vacuum cleaner through Catch of the Day and it was shipped direct from Godfreys. Strangely enough, I couldn't buy it in store. First charge was around the 5 hour mark, second and subsequent charges have been… Read more

quicker. I have 4 dogs at home and this little vacuum picks up every spec of dog hair and the endless dirt they trudge into the house. For a cheap cleaner this one works really well and I am very happy I bought it. If it lasts me 12 months I'll be super impressed and being cordless is a godsend. Can't say enough good things about this vacuum.

Great little device – It's a very nice little device. good for a quick clean up in small area. its light weight and easy to carry around. love the lithium battery, its powerful and quick to charge. suction power is decent for its price and its also easy to clean. But its should have come with a car attachment. the one's that are provided are not quite useful in car. also it doesn't have a mounting bracket.  Show details

Great little vacuum cleaner – I like how lite and easy this is to use. Not very loud either to use. Rechargeable so it's easy to whip around the house without the cord to worry about dragging off behind. I even hang this up when I'm done in the garage. Out of the way when done.  Show details

Biggest waste of money spent – Purchased this item same day the head of vacuum stopped spinning so cleaned it like instructions said still did the same took back to store they replaced it and the same thing is happening again. Hair is constantly getting caught in the part that spins which makes the head of vacuum stop and it will then not pick anything up. Biggest waste of money think I'll stick to my good old Dyson that hasn't let me down.  Show details

Should have believed negative reviews before purchasing – I'd read tonnes of negative reviews on this item, but a few positives, so I thought "meh, I'm sure people are just being way over fussy, and ridiculous, probably Dyson snobs". Nope , negative reviews were ALL dead on accurate. Firstly, the noise. OK, so we can't expect a stick vacuum to hum out gentle melodies, so this one is probably my… Read more

fault, I think my toddler is still suffering from the first time I turned it on.

Before even using it, it sounded like a sock was stuck up there. No clog....just the noise it was born with. Soooothing.

I spend more time un-jamming the ridiculously designed vacuum head than I do actually being able to vacuum. At the start I thought MAYBE I was expecting too much from it, as the floors were....shall I say...probably in need of a bit of a sweep sooner (not that anyone should HAVE to sweep before vacuuming, amirite?) .

Pieces of paper no bigger than my pinky nail are still managing to clog the vacuum head. The brushes stop spinning and all you get is a white noise machine. The machine doesn't actually have much sucking power by itself, it's the rotating brushes that (barely) give the unit the 'umph' the rubbish and crumbs need to get up the dang pole.

Removing the head is useless, by itself , the unit has the suction power of a shallow breath. Utterly useless. Don't be fooled thinking it'll be good for use cleaning out the car either. It has a very specific point in the head (right in the middle) that works for suctioning, the rest of the head is useless, literally almost just for show.

I have found myself needing to vacuum up a few measly crumbs, several times over the same spot , VERY slowly. And even then there's no guarantee I wont have to dig out the ol' faithful brush and shovel. And the second you turn it off half the mess has only been sitting un-sucked in the head, and just pours right out once you hit the power switch.

Won't even waste a good pun on this vacuum, I can't say it sucks because that would be false advertising. At best it reshuffles/ re-homes your crumbs. On the floor. Not in the machine where it should be rehoming them.

So, if you are looking for a handheld white noise machine, this is the unit for you! Just don't expect anything else from it. I am (normally) willing to give the cheaper guy a go. Not everyone can race out to get a Dyson. But ....I wish I would have at least considering waiting until a sale or something. This machine cost still cost me money, and a lot of frustration. Now there's the stuff around of attempting to return it...booo.

The one positive I will give it...is it's battery life . It's enormous. I've charged it once. ...although its hard to say if it's great battery life...or just the fact I was only able to use it in 2 minute intervals re:constant jamming.

So reader HEED THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! This is one cheapy that simply is not worth "giving a go"

Waste of money – I bought one in January 2018 the brush keeps jamming and wont turn stopping the suction. I've spent more time cleaning the brush head than I've used it. and because its 10 days out of Godfreys 3 month warranty they wont do anything about it. Total waste of money and no faith in Godfreys.  Show details

Does an OK job for $99 – It's not the best stick vacuum on the market, it's cheap but not nasty. Does an OK job on carpet and tiles but no good with hair as the motorised head will clog up and stop working as the hair chokes the head from spinning. It can be fixed by simply disassembling the head and removing the hair. You don't have to unscrew anything, there is a small… Read more

latch and with one turn it releases. Ensure you pop off the small plastic cog so you can removing the hair from the spinning shaft. I'd love a Dyson but for now this does the job and saves me from having to bring out the big vacuum during the week.

No Suction. Not Worth the money – Worst vacuum cleaner I have ever used. No Suction at all and makes a loud rattling noise near the brush. Took it back to the Godfreys store where I purchased it from and was told i must have had something caught it in and to put some wd40 on it. Would never buy anying from Godfreys again.  Show details
