Ivy and Ann Floral Studio

Appalling service and communication – I unfortunately used Ivy and Ann Floral Studio for our wedding. The poorest communication I have ever experienced. Basically once they had a deposit we never got To speak to them again. She only emails and it’s like pulling teeth trying to get some guidance. At all stages we felt like we had to work around their timeframe. There were other issues that happened after but the flowers did not wow me. Poor work ethic, poor communication and a bad attitude. Do not use this company

Excellent service – Made 100 year old very happy with Friday delivery although Saturday would have been your normal delivery date. Very special

Incorrect order – Ordered pink but received blue. Arrived week later than requested. Can’t complain as they have blocked us from communicating directly

Terrible customer service – I am located overseas and wanted to send my mum some flowers for her birthday. I googled a florist looking for a more boutique and local shop, so I could support a local business not a big chain. I filled my order clearly filling out the recipient details - my mum for her birthday. Soon after, I received a call from my mum to tell me she'd received an extremely rude call from someone about flowers (she had no idea what was going on), speaking to her like she'd made the order and telling her they couldn't fill the order and would cancel.

It wasn't the fact they couldn't fill the order or wanted to cancel it, but was the abrupt and accusatory tone they took with my mum, who was clearly noted as the recipient - very odd from a florist, given the different events people receive flowers for, you'd think they would be a lot more subtle and empathetic.

I've since tried to email the to confirm my order is cancelled, but they haven't responded.

I would not recommend this business.
