It is huge and leaves a big hole in ceiling and no idea how to fix the hole it made. It worked for one day, fan stopped working and never came back on, the heater isn't very hot, used 3 times then it burnt the entire plastic on top of it. The light dimmer worked for two days and stopped working, the wires are exposed in between the heater and light, there's a huge gap where you see the wiring. No refund or exchange offered just some rude guy yelling at us from Harvey Norman so now after spending all that money we are stuck with something that doesn't work.

Product needs a quality update – Silly manufacturing errors let this otherwise good product down. 1. The cut out template is too big so the unit can fall out of the ceiling 2. The cut out template should be cardboard it is made of paper and too flimsy. 3. The terminals are not labelled. 4. The factory wiring colours do not follow Australian or international codes, blue is for neutral conductors not active conductors. 5. The terminal block is attached to a loose piece of metal, very difficult to install, holding the device on top of a ladder.

Absolutely useless – Looks good, heat lamps are maybe a good idea but not very warming. Fan is good, I got in the roof cavity to see why this unit wouldn't even hold a tissue up and the fan blows a decent amount of air out end of the duct and when inspecting it draws well too. Problem is unit isn't sealed so its drawing air from everywhere instead of just the bathroom. Not cheap I wouldn't waste my money.

Terrible for the price – Bought 2 for small bathrooms. Fans are inatiquate and cover doesn't sit well at all. Heater is OK if your standing underneath it. Looks good but that's about all your paying for.
