Absoulute rubbish – Thought I would support Australian business by purchasing two of these. Never again. Both where trouble after a few months. I contacted customer support who made a date for someone to come around. They never came. I contacted customer support several more times who just gave me the run around. If you want a bathroom heater breaks every year, buy it! – I bought this ixl product in 2011, I thought I was happy with it although it's fan isn't very strong. service, and they said we are in the waiting list. But we've been waiting for more than one month, NO ONE COME! And my bathroom started to get mouldy!! We made phone call again, then we got told that we have to pay for call out fee $125, and $33/15mins! I suppose it was still under 5 years warranty. Really disappointed of this product and company.
