No milk solids which is rare – I switched to Jalna Greek and Jalna Greek pot set (not the Greek “style’ versions as I want it as “Greek’ as possible. ) . I switched because hardly any yoghurt maker uses whole milk, they all use milk solids which is another name for milk powder ( as was prominent in the 2nd world war along with corned beef and powdered egg. ). Jalna real Greek yoghurts taste great and they are made with whole milk, that’s the clincher. You might prefer others with more sugar etc, but check the label and know what you are eating. Well done Jalna for sticking to the proper ingredients for Greek yoghurt. If they ever swap to milk solids I will be aggrieved
