have no care about the clients only the pockets they have to fill. They couldn't even update me on the tenants that were vacated and caused issues for over 3 months. Didn't even pay for damages from bond that they failed to fix. Would not recommend jason or his team for a transparent service. Tiffany and Joseph were the worst. Jason didn't even help appropriately, and Tiffany making up fake condition reports and not doing anything or following up on repairs. 4 years(2018) ago a new range hood which I was charged $1400 was not replaced and was told done. Worst service and full of lies. They allowed tenants to throw out spare roof tiles and my $350 lawn mower. Do not use for rentals. Liers cheaters and don't even manage the property. chargeing the landlord for repairs that were never done yet payment was taken and no respone to anything getting done by Tiffany. Tiffany can not communicate at all and failed to check up on anything, and most likely on drugs. All they did was pass on notes and done nothing. Beware using them for a rental. Even the tenants hated jason real estate.

do instead of complain about maintenance issues with the premise, even when some of these issues impact the way we live. (cooking, securing the premises and causing additional expenditures on utilities due to failed maintenance) Some of which have been ongoing for 4 years with no resolve. Pretty safe to say we have afforded Jason Real Estate plenty of good will.

Given our longevity, reliability and clean track record you would think that on two occasions I made requests for the routine inspecting to be rescheduled I may have been met with a compromise but no. While a parent lay critical in hospital, I was hosting my other family members to be close by, creating a lot of chaos and stress. I advised the agent of this and asked if the inspection could be postponed by a SINGLE DAY, to allow us to have privacy on the actual day of their extensive life threatening open heart surgery, to be told that it wasn’t a ‘legitimate reason’…… and that I could tell everyone to vacate if it was a problem. I have never been so dumbfounded. How is your parent experiencing a life threatening emergency not a legitimate reason? As promised they had a total disregard and showed up to do the inspection.

More recently myself and the other occupants of the premier advised the morning of that we had tested positive for Covid, as such we were isolating and working from at home. What I thought was common courtesy, turned out to be ‘not a good enough reason’. When I asked them to give me a minute, so I could let the other occupants know they would be coming in, and that we might need to distance or something, we were threatened with ‘refusing entry’.

I understand that the property needs to be viewed. However the way in which we have been dismissed and spoken to is down right disgusting.

DO NOT go with Jason Real Estate if you are someone who appreciates collaboration, consideration, compassion or empathy.

Stay away from this Mob – The rental manager has a lot to learn especially from people who have more life experince then this ARROGANT man. Comsider them lucky that i dont have the time to invest to take them to VCAT... stay away from these people who are nothing but a pack of wild cowboys dressed in suites. The fool with whom I spoke this time responded with, "There are bigger problems in the world and you're worried about junk mail". Well, yes I am. When I make a request, I expect that it will be respected. If they have imbeciles distributing mail, the fix is to find somebody who is capable of understanding simple instructions. DO NOT employ morons.

Who would want to business with a clown who responds in such a ridiculous way?? Those of similar intellect I suppose.

If this is how this company treats people before they sign them up for a sale, imagine how they will be treated AFTER they sign them up, no doubt with complete contempt.

It is rude, ignorant, disrespectful, and downright stupid to continue with this practice after being asked nicely several times, a little more forcefully the last time, to cease doing so. It WILL cost them business.

The EPA provides penalties for companies and individuals who put junk mail in mailboxes that are placarded NO JUNK MAIL, and I will be reporting this company if there is another incident. Take note!!

with contempt, so why would that change if you sign to sell with them? It wouldn't, and they'll do what THEY want to do, NOT what YOU want them to do, and you will pay for the 'privilege'.

What these fools must realize is that advertising can work against you, just as easily as it can work for you. Are you now going to take notice fools at Jason RE??

RENTAL PROPERTY – Unfortunately after giving Jason Real Estate 2 opportunities to manage my rental property they failed to put in reliable and fit tenants. Both of tenants they placed in their failed to pay rent and 1 become a nuisance to the rest of the residents in the street. I have now taken my business elsewhere after this experience. Think twice before you use Jason Real Estate to manage your rental property.

enthusiastic personality which made buyers warm to him. We had a previous real estate agent who was not very good. This was like chalk and cheese. [Name censored] really sold every aspect of the house. We ended up selling the house within 2 weeks of listing.

Jasons other staff and agents were really very good as well and were at all times courteous and very responsive.

Overall I am extremely happy and will enthusiastically recommend them. Very friendly service, easy to deal with, great advice, good design hints for selling They only cover a few suburbs in the Northern Suburbs otherwise we would use them next time as well.
