continued. If I could give zero stars, I would. Nothing but false promises and misleading information from day one. They say one thing on the phone and do another. I've wasted hours chasing answers that never come, and the customer service is downright hostile. Furniture damaged and huge delay in arrival (8 business days overdue). There's been no accountability and no effort to make things right.

Absolutely awful. The guys doing the delivery kept complaining that items were too heavy and giving excuses for not doing the job. After they left, I removed the legs, and with the help of a 9 and a 7 year old (yes, you read that right, 2 children) I managed to get in the door and upstairs. Absolutely unprofessional. DO NOT USE – If I could put no stars I would. I have never ever used such an awful removalist. I have moved several times throughout my life and not once has this happened. My booking was book on for the 6th of November, they turned up at 7pm at night my pick up time was between 5 and 8 pm who moves furniture at that hour. Than I was asked for my quote and they went through it, and cause I was 8 boxes more than I told them small ones not massive boxes they wanted me to pay another 248 dollars there and than otherwise they couldn't take the 8 boxes. So I told them.to take the boxes off. I should have asked for a refund and told them.to remove all my furniture but I didn't next time I will. They also wouldn't tale a rake, a shovel, a ladder a small tool box, and a stuff toy and a walking pad. I forgot about most of these things especially the rake and shovel but a rake a shovel? How much room do they need. They also wouldn't take my daughters computer which is now broken as I had to put it in the back of my car. Apparently it wasn't on the list but the computer table was who has a computer table.and not a computer. My daughter is homeschooled now she can't use.it and I can't afford to buy another one.. I had.to pay for someone to take the rake etc things to the dump and now pay for someone to bring the 8 boxes to me..

The drop off day I was told is between 1 to 7 days. I find out today which is the 12th so 6 days since they took my furniture I won't get getting it till the 18th and of course I'm mad about it. I have a house with no furniture in it. I am sleeping on air mattress, I can't cook a decent meal, I can't buy food without a fridge I can't do my washing I have nothing but dirty clothes as the rest of my clothes are with the removalist, yes I can work around these things but that's more money I can't afford. When I spoke to them about the 18th delivery i told them I wanted the furniture this week all they said was its 7 working days from the 8th. But my stuff was picked up on the 6th so I guess from the 6th to the 8th don't count they just think they have all rights to keep my furniture and not count it in And I guess they don't deliver on weekends since it's 7 working days. So altogether it's 12 days they will have my furniture and 12 days to deliver it back to me. Please don't use them trust the reviews, yes there are some good ones but I guess they got different delivery people I don't know but I know I will make sure noone I know uses them or anyone looking for a removalist.

Great service! My stuff all arrived in one piece and in good condition – Great service! Boys are good helping me with fixing my tv couch and fridge door handles!

Spend your money elsewhere – The movers were nice and polite but they damaged our furniture and lied about the way they were handling our goods. We were told that our container would be sealed and unopened until arrival at our house so that our stuff would not go missing. payment price was also over double the quoted price. After talking to customer service they were no help and even tried to blame the damage on us. DO NOT use this company. Edit: with some dispute about damage to goods and the price of the job they threatened to hold our stuff hostage and not deliver it as well Second edit: over a year later and have still not paid for the numerous items of furniture they broke.
