Jays Little Truck

First Class Customer Service – Bought a 65 inch tv and sound bar from Harvey Norman - Maryborough. Paid for delivery and installation. The guys from Jays Little Truck arrived and from the moment I met them at the front door - they amazed me with their outstanding customer service - they explained all aspects of the installation. They talked me through the setting up of the tv and the sound bar. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we had a few good laughs. I rang Harvey Norman and couldn't express enough how impressed I was with their customer service. As it turns out the remote for the tv was faulty and I messaged the guys that night and asked if there was anything that I could do to fix it - they advised to contact the store but to my surprise when I called into the store the next day they had already relayed this information to them and they were fully aware of my issue. Now you don't get better than that these days. In a word - good old fashioned customer service - nothing beats it. I just wish that there were more stars that I could give the guys
