Works very well – This is my first soundbar. Purchased it from big w for $375. I found it easy to set up and get going. When watching movies i love the bass it puts out and sounds good when listening to music. I'd buy it again. Show details

Absolute Waste of money – Absolute Waste of money I have had nothing but trouble with this sound bar since I purchased it most of the time it won't connect to the tv or the tv just can't find it and when I call jbl for technical assistance I'm told to take it to the closest repairer that's 90 min drive about 150klm away I will never purchase another jbl product again  Show details

Worst customer service on record – JBL 3.1 soundbar's subwoofer has poor bluetooth connection. Drops out regularly and takes ages to connect on first use. Took back to Good Guys Gepps cross, they took away to get services. Bluetooth module replaced "apparently". Fault still apparent and took back to Good Guys again. to cut in and out. I refuse to buy anything from the Good Guys again. Spent several thousand since on smart home products and Harvey Norman and JB Hifi. Will never ever step foot in their stores again

Best ever...Great bass, surround sound & build quality – The best sound bar ever...For the money, you can not find any better...Bass is really good. Shakes my walls and loose items...surround system is good too. Works well with TV ARC. All in all, if you love music...love bass in movies, go for it. I am really surprised with its quality. Incredible for a living room – We bought this with our new Sony 4K tv and honestly it was the best decision. We upgraded from a Samsung 7.1 Home theatre system and this soundbar is so much better. remote or turn it on separately every time i switch a device, I plugged it in through the HDMI cable and never touched the remote (unless turning the bass up/down).

Highly recommend it, so happy with the purchase.

Amazing Product at Great Price – Bought this from JB HiFi when it was on special. Hooked up with 75inch TV in 4.5m x 4m living room. Movies or music, it fills up the whole room with great sound and bass. Very happy with the purchase. Show details
