things that could be done to improve both production time and reduce costs. Of all small businesses that start in Australia 2 out of 3 go into either receivership or liquidation in the first three years. It was obvious when we picked up the float things were tough and only good business skills could have got them back on track.

wrong axles – Just to inform all the people how own a JBM trailer to check the axle size they are to have a 50mm axle under them they have had a 45mm axles this means that there not rated to carry your horses they could fail causing an accident or death

Horrible and aggressive – Just finally picked up our float after waiting for 6 months!!! Told lies, bad customer service no wonder they are going out of business. I drove 13 hours to pick up float when they said it was ready and had to wait for another 3 hours while they finished the trailer. just hid away from me as I was very upset. On the drive back one of the wheels seized so had a nightmare trip back. Have my mechanic going over everything so they can pay for all the bad mistakes. NEVER buy anything from them as they suck in all matters of business. I will make sure I let everyone know how bad they are for sure, no wonder they state on agreement that any bad comments will null and void the warranty. Very upset and angry.

Product supplied faulty – Float was unfinished used cheap trash flooring which was rotten in under 3 months was used 1 time and was in a shed crap service do not deal with this oxygen thief that pretends to be professional

Worst Experience – Unfortunately I purchased a trailer from this company and it was nothing short of a nightmare!! have serious concerns regarding the safety of this product due to the poor workmanship. They claim to be "Australia's Toughest Trailers" but if the buying experience, welding and construction is anything to go by then they are Australia's Dodgiest Trailers!! If only their trailers were half as good as the "creative advertising" you might chance travelling your worst goat in one.

Absolutely devestated – After saving a lot of money I went with JBM for a design that looks good from all their pictures. Unfortunately there was no communication after the deposit was paid. effort to rectify the issues and downright ignored and even told that they shouldn't even bother with me. Minus 10 is not a rating allowed but they are very dodgy and I'm now stuck with a float that's garbage. Don't let them fool you or suck you in with their lies.

Still Waiting – Their products look great and they talk up how organised they are. Unfortunately a trailer that was meant to be ready in 3 weeks is now over 3 months waiting and still has issues that need to be rectified, they have loads of lines on why it's behind schedule but accept no responsibility and have no apology for their poor organisation. Hope it lasts as long as my 20 yo trailer when it is finally ready. Oh that's right 2 yr warranty which is void if you defame them whoopty doo.
