JEEP WRANGLER HAS BROKEN MY HEART AND MY WALLET – I'm sorry jeep but your customer service is below par. My local service centre is no longer servicing jeeps. The nearest one is over 70km away (yet expected to go there). Explained my jeep's issue and concerned driving too far away may cause. So the operator just put me through to road side assist. Great customer service from Jeep 'too hard'. Hand over the issue to road side assist.............Contacted City Jeep just now, left message as the service area is not picking up. My Jeep has been sitting in the driveway since Saturday 1/11/24. How can I possibly feel safe and know I can rely on my car when I take it up to the high country as a sole traveller????

Jeep Wrangler - Bought Brand New / Has Major Faults, Jeep Australia won't refund – Brand New Jeep - Shortly after deliver makes a loud ticking noise. Is taken to Dealership who say it is not normal. Solution is unclear, after 12 Weeks waiting for parts the car is 'fixed', the noise returns 2 days later. 29 Weeks of Ownership, 15 Weeks in Repair / Out of use - Jeep Australia won't provide a refund.

I love my Jeep! – My wife, our friends and I are into bush walking. I needed a car that can do a little bit of off- roading. To my own surprise, I got a 2 door Jeep Wrangler! I love it. Great to drive both on road and off road. We love to take the top off, even on a cold winters day! It has a terrific turning circle so it is easy to manouver in a car park. I have had it a year now and the first service has just been done. $330, fixed price for 5 years.

Wrangler drivers wave to each other and its just another reason to love it. If you have a family, you might want a 4 door.
