The make of the automobile was known for problems and because of the great integrity and small town history Jefferson Ford has they took care of the pains taking issues with no questions asked .Coming from a small town in the north to another small town in the south with a great personality and will to achieve happiness for its community says mountais about Jefferson Ford. everything there was to know about the car and its technology. The pricing was very aggressive and he even went out of his way to pick us up from the hotel. Whilst finalising the paper work he introduced us to the sales manager and the rest of the team. It made us feel like part the a group of friends. Two days after the purchase I received a call from Jake just to check how we were going with the car and to answer any questions we may. have. This has never happened before. I would high recommend Jefferson Ford an in particular Jake Charslton.

Bought a radiator online. It arrived a week later in a badly damaged box which was wet and had holes in it. broken off in transit. I contacted them as soon as I could. Jefferson Frord said that I could not get a refund because I installed it. No fault was accepted by them for packaging the delicate item do poorly or mishandling by the courier. I would recommend using anyone but this business.

Vehicle purchase – Purchased a demo Ranger from interstate. Seemless transaction organised by Robbie with the vehicle being beyond expectation. He had the vehicle washed prior to delivery, had the permit organised for travel between the states, and added fuel to the tank. All transactions done by phone and email which worked well. Excellent communication and service.

Great Service – Ordered a part online, (half the price of our local Ford Dealer) and we are very happy with this dealership. They were very helpful, and took the trouble to double check that we were ordering the correct part, as it is unique to our model. We would recommend this dealership for great service.

Stay away do not use these people! – I would never buy a car, a part, seek a repair from Jefferson Automotive. Their sales guy Lee Casboult does not return calls after selling a defective product. The process you have to go through in order to return a product or see a refund is designed to be so difficult as to dissuade you from the process. Their sales people have very little knowledge on the products they sell and their website contains incorrect information. In short, stay away.

First class for online parts – I live in Tassie, and ordered a stop start battery from them, using their online service. Very straightforward. Many battery companies ask for vehicle rego or brand, and charge a premium if your vehicle is European or a more expensive model. No such difficulties here. expect you to know what you want, so don't get upset if you order something which doesn't fit your vehicle. I suspect that's what has happened to some of the other reviewers here. Shipping was very quick and cheap, too, considering I live in Tassie. I highly recommend them.

Never again – I’ll never order anything again from Jefferson Ford is shipping coming. They use is absolute disgraceful. Don’t have one harp lie when they deliver stuff never again.

Blew up my car – Blew up my engine on a routine maintenance. Forgot to remove pin on pulley and cranked engine. Absolute cowboys. Had it for 3 months and never took any responsibility. Had to purchase a new car. Please do not use these people if you care about your vehicle, as they won’t.

Installation of Anderson Plug – We bought a second hand SUV from this firm and had them add an Anderson plug to the vehicle because we use it to tow are caravan. Away we went, and in Qld. we ran out of battery, it was dead. A quick check of the obvious causes by a local auto- electrician shed no real light as to why, so we bought a new battery. battery was dead, to restart our journey, so we used a portable recharger and got under way. From then on we never stopped with out disconnecting the Anderson plug from the vehicle and finally arrived home at which time we took the vehicle to our local auto-electrician who gave us a list of things he needed to do because the Anderson plug was not installed correctly. Thinking of doing a service to Jefferson Ford I rang them, and spoke to the service manager who dismissively said "Yeah I have heard all this before", and he then added he would get Mark Smith to ring me. Well Mark Smith has never rung me back and the Service Managers comments tell me it is a common problem with having this device fitted by this company so I suggest people do not. Get it fitted by a reputable auto-electrician.

Happy to take your money… giving it back not so much – Purchased a part which they sent the wrong one now won’t refun. Steer clear of these crooks. Rude start the couldn’t care less.

Fantastic Service Provided By The Spare Parts Team At Jefferson Ford – Fantastic service provided by the spare parts team at Jefferson Ford. I purchased my parts through their Ebay store and can not recommend them highly enough. Their prices and despatch time is second to none. I've dealt with them many times and never had any problems. If I did, I'm confident that any issues would be resolved quickly. Would recommend them to anyone requiring genuine Ford parts at fantastic prices and quick delivery. A+
