excellent product – Have owned quite a few different wood heaters and this would have to be the best by far.

Great looks Mediocre performance – The heater looks good and it is certainly a stylish addition to the room. It heats our main room quite well although it goes through a lot of wood. Biggest flaw is that it doesn’t draw well and every time we open the door or need to light the fire we get a lot of smoke.

Would not recommend to anyone – From the first day we lit the fire we had smoke billowing out of the fireplace into the house. Jetmaster claimed it was user error and that the fire should not be lit using sticks and kindling from around our farm, we should use pine kindling. We had the install checked, the flue height increased, ceramic baffle size reduced with no effect. The heat production was not what we had expected from a fire place this big. The lighting procedure recommend by the company after the sale was extravagant, 8 fire lighters, a bed of newspaper, pine kindling then smaller pieces of hard wood. None of this worked. We would go to bed each night smelling smoke in our house. This brand new fire has since been removed and replaced with a ADF 1000NMV and couldn't be more impressed. Customer service throughout this process was extremely disappointing and we spent a lot of time and money that shouldn't have been required.
