Cheap and bad quality materials – Was promised top quality system i got the system for 2 years now and i changed 3 invertor so far they really poor materials they don't last at all and now invertor number 3 is out again the system is not worth the effort it a lot of headache to deal with these guys.

Lack of response – Slow to install after paying deposit, then with no warning 6 men turned up, installed and disappeared with NO instructions, booklet or the promised free wireless monitoring system. Electricity bills have not improved over 12mth and Jim will not respond.
Unable to contact after paying deposit – During sales pitch I was told that all will be up and running with in 4 week, They booked time and date for installation, I had to take a day off from work and a day before installation they cancelled the booking and advised me that they need to book another day. I have been trying to contact them for last 5 days, all phones are disconnected, send them email to call me back otherwise I will contact Fair Trading, still no reply. Please be careful, dont just go on brand name. FYI, the contract was signed early Oct and clearly states installation time frame. I was very clear about installation date and agreed before signing the contract. But then again as soon as contract is signed and deposit is paid, you have chase them, and that is if you can contact them. Well known brand name Not able to contact them, becareful,
