Service was definitely not warm and friendly. Restaurant hostess asking us to vacate the table after 90 minutes even though we hadn't been served all our food. We spent 3 hrs at dinner as the service was so slowww. They need to remove the Restaurant hostess as she is not a great representative of the restaurant. Terrible attitude to anyone asking for a table. The food was lovely, however the meatball sauce was cold. Coletta costing $41 does not come with any side servings. That will cost you another $19. Nonna would never do that!! Watch out for the 15% surcharge on Sunday in addition to the card fees. Floor tiles dirty, very disappointing. Nonna would be horrified and would have the bleach out. We had fun with the decor, laughing at how many items Nonna owns that are in the restaurant. Try it for yourself, but it's not worth waiting in line. There are other restaurants that have friendly staff and service.
