this one and i was amazed at how strong it is. i also like it because it starts up straight away, even on cold starts, because it has a choke. there is absolutely nothing bad about this chainsaw.

outstanding. The CS2186 is a quality professional daw and at a great price compared to its rivals. The saw was purchased for cutting fire wood however I intend on using it to mill some timber, it is now a matter of purchasing the matching mill that is built for this saw (SM2186) Well balanced saw with ample power. Easy to start, with outstanding ergonomics and great value for your dollar. Tool less filler caps and covers are a good feature. Side saw chain tensioning. All alloy construction. Mine came with a 24" bar I should have swapped it for the 28" bar. For the class and power of this saw it is a tad heavier but the balance and feel it gives the operator more than makes up for it.

easy access to maintain such as filter clean, chain tension, oil flow etc was a bonus. Sold it to a mate - and now wish I hadn't! My father in law has had one for years - with no problems. Thinking of getting another..............soon

the saw takes them all in its stride.

I have found that it does chew a fair bit of bar lube but I don't mind as I am still using the same bar as I was 8 years ago when I brought the chainsaw. Great chainsaw, fantastic value for money and extremely tough. Should have brought one sooner
