Monday!! My house is a 5 bedroom one in McKinnon school zone. Initially, I planned to let the agent who sold the house to manage it. It was a real estate agent with local expertise. However, they were slow and not as diligent. They were also not negotiable with 60 Days Exclusive Authority Period. I could not trust their capability to rent it out before Christmas. Then JRW Property came to rescue! They were flexible, experienced, professional and looked after the landlord's concerns. Most importantly, they had a strong capability. Instead of passively waiting for the tenants to come to you, they were actively seeking for suitable tenants from other suburbs! My tenants were only considering Mount Waverley before, and Phoebe brought them over! Without, my house cannot be rented out so quickly! The other reason to choose JRW Property is that they are patient, have great attention to detail and have excellent negotiation skills! The tenants wanted to lock into a two years' contract. With my approval, Phoebe patiently explained all the tenant obligations to them, helped them to understand and locked in a rent rise in year 2! Renting out a large 5 bedroom house to suitable tenants is not easy, but JRW Property made it super fast! It is not just pure luck. Phoebe Zheng – Phoebe Zheng is a disrespectful agent with bad customer service skills. Not sure why she was hired by the principle/recruiting manager of JRW Property International. I would not recommend dealing with her.

Terrible property agent, not professional, don't waste your time talking to them – They don't know how to talk to the the clients. Do not waste talking to them and their management is really bad for both the owners and tenants. They held the deposit and didn't want to return for so long. Asked for ridiculous things. As the owner, I will never recommend these guys. These guys are snobby and they think they have all the power.

property in Burwood that was managed by JRW. I didn't have a god feeling about thehouse or the agency after a couple of meetings and their unprofessional attitude. But we didn't have time on our side for various reasons and needed a place asap so decided to go sith it. Right from the begining we had a hard time with the landlords bad attitude, which was also reflected by the agents. The actual property manager was traveling so some junior was handeling the paperwork and he never gave us the complete condition report until a month later, then we noticed that the condition report was old. One night we had a leak in our living rrom from the heavy rain and when we called the agnt on her mobile, her first question was how did you get my number? Really??!!! Then the landlord showx up at our door the next door with shady looking fix it guys, no notice or phone call & tries blaming my husband about moving roof tiles to fix the antenna that didn't work! We don't even own a big enough ladder to get up there!

During our tenancy the propertty was also up for sale at some ridiculous price (surprice surprise it didn't sell!) So the agents would call us last minute for inspection and we told them no send a written request for a day two weeks in advance, it's the law! They would still try that again and then sometimes people would show up early for inspections without agents and knock on our door!

Then halfway through the year, the manager changes and of course no better than before. Her home inspection included her walking into out house, looking at the living rrom and kit hen and walking off....all of 5 minutes! I'm a property owner and I know I wouldn't like that if my manager did that for my place! Anyways. ?.

We hated the house bc of too many faults and electric bills of $700 every 3 months bc of the worst heating system that wouldn't even heat the living area properly. So we moved out in Dec 2013 and a oided houses represented by JRW like a plague!

Now after almost a month and numerous phone calls we still haven't received our bond check back!!!! We called after the first 0 days to ask the agent if she had done the condition report that she said she would do in 7 days, and she said she couldn't bc she was on vacation and it would just have to wait!!! Then she tried passing the buck to her collegue who did not have a clue about it. Since then they both have been passing us off to ea h other on the phone if she is not on holiday most of the time!!! At least three times a week she is "off". Never answers the phone or replies to sms. We should have lodged a VCAT complain with the consumer office after the first 2 weeks but we gave her the benefit of doubt.....big mistake! She finally did the condition report last week and has our signatures on the bond lodgment form but she can't seem to find 2 mins to fax it over to the bond office. Her collegue (again after we were passed onto her and she had no clue) said she has sent it over alrezdy but when we called the RTB office they have no record of it!!!!!! So now we are finally lodging a VCATcomplain! This is ridiculous. And even the office manager has nothing to say, doesn't care and says it's not his problem. Talk about a professional attitude.

don't care unless you are from asia and investing in property!

Will not care if your houseis burning down

and won't answer your calls!
