I have just bought a July bag and locked it at home . I am flying out tomorrow and I can’t open it . Any suggestions would be welcome
I got a voucher to purchase July products. After reading these reviews I am really concerned about the quality of the product. I submitted my order yesterday and so far have not got email confirmation of the order. I have never experienced this before. Usually it’s almost instantaneous. I wonder what system they’re using for processing orders.
I won’t be buying a July suitcase again. One trip and the paint on the aluminium corners is scratching off. The company’s reply to this is that it’s more about the integrity of the structure not the way it looks. For the price of them this isn’t good enough. There is nothing special about this luggage to warrant the price they charge compared to established known brands like Samsonite. Don’t waste your money.
