6 years of awesome!!!! – Have have this about 6 years now. Apart from the spring padding, which has disintegrated in the sun, it is still going strong. Mat is in great condition. My son is now 8 and we are about to upgrade to the jumpflex 15ft. My only wish is that it had a tent and full shade like the Vuly. I also think it’s the best looking trampoline, blends in with my yard. It’s even been for a fly, poles bent inwards but frame sturdy. Show details
Lovely well built trampoline – I brought this trampoline last month for son's birthday. We have had a cheap one in the past for my older kids but haven't had one for about 4 years and thought it was time to get one for our younger son. One of the reasons I chose this trampoline was the warranty on the pads and nets - they state a warranty of 3 years. I know with our cheap one the net and pads were dead and gone by 12 months. Same with the mat having a 5 year warranty as our old cheap trampoline had the mat replaced 3 times in 8 years. I am hoping that this means I should get a longer life out of it.
It arrived very quickly, we did the order on the weekend, Monday was a public holiday and the trampoline arrived Thursday. Considering the amount of postage companies have at the moment with the virus and everyone being at home I was really impress with that time frame as I do live in a regional area.
It took my husband and I about 60-90 minutes to assemble the trampoline. As long as you followed the directions in order it was quite easy to put together. I wouldn't say it was any easier than our last one - but it wasn't a hard job.
We did purchase the basketball hoop and we were a little upset when we found out after putting the whole trampoline together we had to pull the net off a pole and pull a pole apart to replace for a special pole for the basketball hoop. It would have been better if the instructions for the trampoline when it came to putting the poles up has a part that stated if you have purchased the hoop as well follow these seperate steps - that would have saved us 20 minutes just there.
Also we noted the hole at the top of sleeve for the pole for the basketball hoop had a hole to small for the fitting to go through and we had to rip the hole large to fit it through. I will say I wasn't happy with the assembly for the basketball hoop and it was so much more complicated than putting the trampoline together.
As for the quality of the trampoline. I think its great. We have strapped it down with the anchors you can also purchase with the trampoline. We live in a high wind area and since having it up we have had some strong winds and it's still happily sitting there and no movement. The netting feels very strong and thick so I feel it will last the warranty easily. We can have 2 people of it jumping with a weight of up to 130kgs and it feels very stable and lots of bounce. We are also impressed with the poles bending outwards and the net inwards - there is no way to hit the poles even if you tried to bounce off the net. Safety has definitely be thought of in this design.
I am very happy with this trampoline and glad that I spent the extra money this time. I am hoping to purchase the shade cover soon when it comes back into stock (it might already be and I haven't checked) which was another reason I brought this trampoline so my son can use this in summer and be sun safe. I have no problems recommending this trampoline to others. If you get the basketball hoop, I do recommend opening it first to get it ready to do the pole swap while building the trampoline and not after. Otherwise I have had no issues with this trampoline.

size for a two year old toddler to grow into and use for years to come. I was so impressed with all the add ons the trampoline came with which was the sun cover, sprinkler for summer (which we used and was loads of fun for our little one) and anchor kit. This brand has a lifetime warranty. The quality and build of this trampoline is the safest I've seen. The netting is placed inside the ends of the trampoline and not the outer edge which I believe adds extra safety from those fingers getting caught in the springs (springs are covered with padding). I'm extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

stated they weren't sure why it hasnt been delivered and will have to investigate. I arrived home this afternoon with my daughter (the trampoline is for her Christmas) and it had been left out the front in plain sight and the slide we got to go with it not in a box so she could see it. We live on a main road so if i was working today it more than likely would of not been there when i got home!! If it was a $100 pair of shoes it wouldnt of been so bad but not a $700 trampoline!! I acknowledge this is TOLLS fault but as you have had multiple customer complaints about the delivery company maybe its about time you listen to your customers. I wouldnt be able to purchase another one before Christmas if it had been stolen and i am just thankful i had today off work.
Love the trampoline! – My two boys are loving the trampoline, and so are we! We love how the whole family can get involved and enjoy together. September 6th 2017 Update: Sturdy, good quality trampoline - love it!
We purchased the smallest of the Jumpflex range due to having a small backyard, but this trampoline is still a great size for the whole family. I am able to jump with my two sons (2.5yrs & 5yrs) without any issues.
One of main reasons for purchasing Jumpflex was their testing and higher weight limits, meaning we could join the kids for a jump!
Everyone that has come to our place has commented on how lovely the trampoline is!
I know we have made the right decision with purchasing Jumpflex and look forward to many years of fun with the kids on it.

We love this trampoline – We had this trampoline and it was the absolute best! Amazing quality, safe and my kids loved it! We moved house and couldn’t bring it with us and we miss it a lot. If we had the space, I would 100% buy one again. I do wish they sold smaller sizes, as we had to get a 6ft one but they don’t make them and we got another brand. you dont need the straps for the net to the uprights been used for 6yrs without them and the net has never fallen off. I originally wanted the 12ft for the 120kg capacity but can tell you the 10ft can take well over 150kg daily, the main matt hasn't shown any signs of wear it's great (although don't look at the underside stitching possibly done by a child who has never used a sewing machine before). The trampoline lives outside direct sunlight and used regularly the safety net is amazing I'm over 100kg myself and I've fallen into the net mucking around with my kid and watched them do the same with there friends and the net eats it up, and the zipper never has failed. We zip tired a lawn soaker hose to the top edge and it's a hit with all the kids in summer. After about 4yrs the spring protector started perishing from sun and 6yrs the top of the net ripped and one of the uprights snapped and the spring cover was 100% perished. Rang them up got all new parts were fair priced and great customer service trampoline looks new again. The springs are all still good, main frame has slight surface rust and the powder coated legs rust fairly quick as the powder coating rubs off from use. Best advise is loctite your upright bolts in as that's how ours snapped after 6yrs came loose and got hit. Would recommend jumpflex to anyone wanting a trampoline good price and very sturdy.
Awesome Trampoline – We had a couple of delivery issues that were resolved quite quickly but once we received and setup the trampoline everything was perfect! Kids love it – The trampoline is great. We've had it about 3 months and there are some stray strings around the entry point which I didn't expect so early. Its quite difficult to put together so allow a decent amount of time and you'll need some muscles. Great quality overall though and the kids (18 months & 4 yo) love it. A Toy the Kids Actually Use – Has not lost colour being in the sun - kids tell me it has good bounce... sun shade has been such a good extra as was the water jet. Not too bad to put together, found some of the plastic tensioning clips broke under load however. Trampoline shiped first then over the next 4 weeks we got the sun shade, water jet and lastly the ground pins. No buyers remorse here. Show details

My grandsons are loving it! – Boys are aged 11 and 5, both are having a ball on the trampoline since it was delivered recently. Very happy with the safety features and the lifetime warranty is awesome. The customer service was excellent, and it was delivered so quickly.

Dangerous netting – We bought the jumplfex for Christmas 2020. It looks great and my three boys love it. Unfortunately the holes on the netting are too big. My 7 year had his front teeth get caught in the net and were almost ripped out. He lost one the next day and the 2nd is not far off from falling out. I would love another net with smaller holes. Fantastic Trampoline! – Bought the Jumpflex Flex100 City (10ft) for my two kids (age 6 and 10) for Christmas and am thrilled! Delivery was easy, the trampoline was easy to put together and the colours look good in our backyard. Both kids have been using it non-stop for the last few days. Post speedy and efficient. Havent built tramp yet it's for xmas – Item not built cant comment on it other than to say individual pieces seem of good quality. For those worried re comments on freight, mine came in 5 days with a company called majnfreight that texted and called on approach and were very friendly. eve late afternoon apologising and said I would get a refund straight away. I still cannot get through on their phone line again, no return emails. I’ve Been waiting for a refund but no contact from jumpflec. The phone number just says no one available to take my call. It’s said that for the last 3 weeks. I Keep getting emails asking to rate their service but I can’t even reply to that. Very frustrating. I want my refund!!!!
