Still Waiting – You get told to try the free 14 day trial of the product. They don't tell you that it takes them 3 to 4 weeks to ship the product. I still haven't received a product for a trial but it hasn't stopped them billing my credit card, i rang them, they told me to please be patient. Unacceptable! Show details

I am trying to cancel my order of samples, and the cancel the charges – How do I cancel the orders that keep coming through and stop the charges from my credit card. Please respond immediately as I have my lawyers looking into your company by the end of January.

Biggest mistake in purchasing this product – I, like most of you took up the free trial after a week or so my eyes become irritated...swollen etc. I put it down to the polland in the air. very bad products and took £ 500 pounds from my account without any authorisation – I was away after the free trial and 3 months, I came back with 8 products and £ 500 pounds took way from my bank. I phoned them about wish to return, they told me I can not return and no refund. I just saw newspaper on Daily Mail about how RBS customers been misled by this company and took money away from people like me.

Don't try it. You keep paying – I bought a product from Myer. This company has then taken out 2 further amounts from my credit card when I have received not product. A big take. I have reported them and fighting to get my money back.

What a lot of crap, they have taken money out of my account twice when I have told them I don’t want – A huge scam, they will rip you off by taking money out of your account even if you cancel your order. My advice is to stay away from it, I am going to fight to get my money back.

Best Product Ever – This product is the best skin care I have ever used. I would love to try the entire range. I must admit that it took a long time to arrive but it was worth the wait. People were commenting on how great my complexion was. I need to order more.

Scam – This company scams you by saying you have received this free trial because you shop at Woolworths. Does anyone have their email or telephone number . This is fraud. Woolworths should know as well.

Add me to the Scammed List- Lutrevia Cream – I've had to cancel my credit card because the people who offered a free trial of Lutrevia have been billing me for months. I assumed the monthly delivery was simply continuing the trial till I checked it on the bank statements. I was billed for $135 each time. Lesson for me is to do detailed checks on the bank statements. Don't fall for the Lutrevia scam as I, and clearly others, have.

This is a total ripoff – I have already been charged three times for this product after being told that My order had been cancelled. This is absolutely disgusting as i cannot afford and do not want this product. This is a total ripoff.

indicated these charges. I don't remember seeing any T and Cs, and certainly wouldn't have agreed to this if they were made known to me in a transparent way. Certainly misleading advertising. Company won't refund until second shipment arrives. I've also emailed Consumer Affairs Victoria.

What is perfect about this? – I want my money back or else am going to report this product to police. Complete Scam and Wrinkles Worsened – I was sucked into the free trial which was not free at all as the cream and serum took three weeks to get here and they charge you in full after 14 days from order date! I tried it for two weeks and not only did I feel itchy around my face my wrinkles became worse. I’m back to my normal cream and it worked overnight! Wrinkles less defined over one night!

Impossible to contact by phone or email. My Google support is still trying after 24 hours and will – I wanted to contact someone from Junivive cream but it is impossible. I called the bank and they recognized the transaction as a fraud and cancelled all future transactions. I lost £150 for the product that doesn't even suit me .... I want to cry.

Scam – Got the product 13 days after order with a note that on the 14th day I’d be charged $143 or something for the trial bottle and a monthly deduction for further bottles. A big Scam – I didn't receive the cream until after the supposed free trial was well & truly over. When I queried this they said it was my responsibility to chase it up. Then I find out they tried to take the money from my account but lucky for me it wasn't there because once I did try it all it did was make my skin extremely greasy & give me pimples. unpleasant, using it a month I don’t see a change on my skin at all. Even cheap L’Oréal will noticed some different after a month. For the price you could buy Clinique, clarin, Lancôme, benefits we’ll know counter brands and you will satisfy then this one. I think it another online marketing scam for this product, no clear ingredient present. Stay away. I’ll need to close my bank account to stop the future bill which will arrive every 6 weeks as I can’t get help from their customer service. Be aware people the resulted you seen online isn’t real. Somebody written said have been use only 1-2 weeks already show different resulted trust me it not real customer review. I using it a month my skin texture not just no different it causing my pore larger and I got acne problem since I start using it. I have already started to write my complaints if this does not resolve soon I will go to A Current Affair. I have read some have already complained to Consumer Affairs.

I made many, many calls trying to cancel, but - what did you expect? - no answer.

I was billed In October; then in November again. The prices are unreasonable; I'd have NEVER ordered a cream at these prices. This scam has already cost me $561 (for two shipments of 1 cream + 1 serum), in addition to the original shipment cost of $10. I am a pensioner, and this is a disaster for me! At this point I have no hope of getting any of these $$ back, other than cancelling my card to avoid more charges in December.

The cream is AWFUL - unpleasant smell; my skin got red and itchy. After this I haven't even tried the serum.

No wonder 188 reviews out of 122 are "TERRIBLE".

Do not trust this offer and this company in general!!! Let other people know about this scam!!!

Yep another person scammed! – Product took 10 days to get here, didn't read small print, rang after 10 days of what I thought was a 14 day trial period to find out trial period started on day of ordering and to be basically told they are right, I'm wrong, can't get my money back for what was a crap product. And I only ordered one cream and got another as well. Have now had $279 taken from my account. So not happy. Wondering what my next course of action can be.

Do not buy – This is a scam no such thing as free trial. Product doesn't Arrive until 10 days after billing date. They don't answer the phone so you can't get a code to return it. It's now cost me over £100. They won't let me send it back fof a refund

Ridiculous - 14 day trial before you are billed but the product arrives on day 12!!! – Information about the trial is in the box with the product. You can't stop the next shipment because how to do this is in the box!!! You are billed again before you even had a chance to stop it from billing

the order didn't like it, tried to phone to return it and couldn't get through. Finally sent an email only to be told it was past the 14 days and tough we have already debited your card.

I am currently lodging a complaint with the ACCC and would encourage anyone else caught up in this to do the same and perhaps we can get them investigated for their dodgy practices.
