Terrible Experience! Worst attitude! No Accountability! An extremely disappointing exoeritbce with Just Swimming. They happily take your money but refuse to take responsibility when lessons are missed due to unavoidable circumstances. There’s no option for make-up lessons, no refunds, and no compassion for the fact that kids are missing out on learning crucial life-saving skills.

What’s worse is they hide behind excuses, claiming it’s “policy.” If they were truly passionate about teaching kids to swim and keeping them safe, they’d find a way to ensure every child gets the lessons their families paid for. Instead, it’s all about the money.

Avoid this place if you value accountability and fairness. I’ll be making formal complaints and warning others to stay away.
