Internet connection problems – Within the warranty period the TV stopped connecting to the internet. Someone came out and fixed it but within another six months it happened again and was no longer in the warranty period.

JVC TV - Do Not BUY – DO NOT buy this TV I have unfortunately purchased from Big W and only after 2 yrs the picture fades in and out sometimes the sounds goes. It is covered by 1 yr warranty ONLY! Not worth the money.Phoned JVC and they will do nothing. I am on a pension and its nearly Christmas so no TV for me.

Warrantied a remote and the remote under warranty doesn’t work – Remote was faulty from brand new, asked for a replacement under warranty and the warranty remote is not working after a month. Wouldn’t recommend

I had it for 18 months and it got a line through it – Smart tv wasn’t that smart anyway. New models have android which is better. But taking the risk of the screen suddenly having a line across it. Not good. Get the extended warranty !!
