Waste of time and money – What a waste of money, be carefull when you a buying anything from them. Cheap quality material.

quality. Plenty of starter pack items to get going and it’s been a huge success with the kids. Take your time to figure out instructions but it eventually comes together. The video link on the instructions didn’t work but another video I found was similar and helped me when I got stuck. All in all great service and delivered as notified, and finish is really impressive for price. Better than expected considering entry level price and recommend as the best budget option. Finally, buy direct saves $$ !

Where is my pool table? – I ordered a pool table in time for guests at our guest house and was emailed that it would arrive between1-7/12/21. Today is 13/12/21 and still only have the tennis table top. The other courier company is unable to be contacted by phone. K sports will text but not pick up the phone and talk to me. gumtree and have a physical address at Logan so I may head over there and try and pick up a similar item from their premises. I wish I had seen these reviews before spending $1000. Be careful and see if you can arrange to pick it up rather than relying on obviously unreliable businesses

Value for money – Great value pool table for under 1000, it took about 6 business days to arrive to country W.A. and about 4 hours to put together with 2 people. Overall pretty happy with the product and it comes with more then enough accessories to play the first game to celebrate when you finish building it.

Avoid dealing with them – I was told item had been dispatched from warehouse but when I enquired over two weeks later, they told me they couldn't deliver to my address (I paid $400 for delivery) and that I would have to pick up from depot. weeks for delivery to depot. So many inconsistencies with their excuses. I ended up cancelling order and don't want anything further to do with them. Stay clear of them.

Excellent value - good product – I bought the $850 combo pool table, with ping pong table add-on. I collected it from the warehouse only because I did not want to wait for shipping and they offered me $50 discount for this. required assembly, which my daughter and I spent most of a day doing. The final product is of good quality, is very sturdy, was simple to get 100% level, plays true and we have already had great fun with it. perhaps I was lucky, as the other reviews here are negative - I thought this was great value and a very solid product.

Scam- the item never comes – I ordered a pool table at the beginning of October 2020. The website said the table was in stock. I contacted them mid October, apparently the table was on back order, they promised it would be here for Christmas. Fast forward to December, the tracking number wasn’t working. 18/12 I was given a new tracking number, surprisingly it wasn’t working. Called the transport company, they don’t have the item. I’m now trying to get my money back through the ombudsman. Nearly $1000 for no product

Item did not turn up – After being told delivery would be in october the item still hadnt arrived by the end of November. When contact them they sying it will be dispatched at a date. It wont get dispatched and you keep contacting them and they keep changing the date.

Stay Away from this Company!! – I strongly advise against anyone purchasing product from this company. with blue paint touch up to try and hide. I emailed and provided photos as requested and instead of being a reputable company and helping me with the issue, K-Sports accused me of damaging the product when I opened it. They stated that there is no way that the product could have been damaged in transit from their Chinese factory, going further to advise me that their manufacturing standards are extremely high and it could not leave the factory like this. (even with the blue paint touch ups on some areas that they chose to ignore). As I was also putting it together a few bolt holes didn’t line up, some of the metal welds looked dodgy and there were some screws missing (found them loose in the box) to hold the top on. This was an ITTF approved table, which have very very low standards if they sign off on this type of quality. Lucky I’m pretty handy and could fix it all well enough As I asked for a replacement product they refused but they were happy to offer me a small credit for the damage, also stating there were no more of these tables left in the warehouse (interesting they are still in stock for online purchase). With this I find K-Sports accepting liability but trying to get out of it cheaply promoting a very dishonest business practice If you are looking for a quality, or even sub-standard quality product, find another company to deal with. K-Sports VERY DODGY!
