Now the seller wants me to return the items and pay postage for the incorrect item they sent me. I was ripped off by being sent a cheaper product which is of no use to me. I was ripped off by being charged for express post, when standard post was used instead! Given the merchant doesn't have a ".com.au" web address, I'm really skeptical if they are doing this as a scam and sending wrong products to customers to make it harder for customers to dispute or get refunds, as they expect the customers to be out of pocket. If this was a legally registered Australian business, like Amazon, I would feel much more relaxed and follow their guidelines. I'm unsure what I did wrong to deserve this, given that in the evidence (snips) uploaded with the google review (google: Kam Jelly reviews), the merchant clearly acknowledged that it was their fault. But still expects me to pay for postage, return products without any guarantee or refund or the correct item dispatched. I am more than willing to return the incorrect product, if the correct product can be dispatched with an Australia post tracking number provided to me and a return label to return the incorrect items. If I pay for the postage and return the items first, what's the guarantee that I will receive my refund or the correct product instead and the postage fee. The seller is being unreasonable even after being the cause of the whole issue.
