It was amazing. Food was great, service exceptional. It only took 5 minutes for my Ramen to finish being cooked. The music was appealing, maintaining a positive atmosphere. Food was great. I recommend to anyone who enjoys Asian food.

conterminated Sushi caused Diarrhea, concerns its food process – My daughter and I stopped at Kana Sushi Wynyard Station while we walked passing by just after 11am yesterday. We bought 2 packs of one with Salmond and one with chiken along with the avocado & Salmond roll. texted to my daughter to see if they did not have diarrhea. instantly reply "yes, i had diarrhea too." She then said likely from salmond as we both had salmond. As with the backgrund of health industry, we called the shop. The lady was very apologetic and said that she was going to report to the manager. I requested for the manager to call me. 10 minutes later, I received a call from [Name Removed]"a kind of manager as he referred himself." I had some trouble to understand him. The shop runs by Korean. I suggested [Name Removed] that he might like to remove those packs and rolls with salmon in it. [Name Removed] was very offensive, said so sorry for your diarrhea, but how would i know if you were sick from our food, when i mentioned for the refund. then he said we have 100 + shops here, so far you are the only one reported diarrhea, he continued, you need to get medical certificate, then we forward the certificate to the lawyer as part of our policy. he further sated that there are many people claiming for being sick, just for refund. I was very disappointed with his comment. with that comment, I thought that could be true of people reported for being sick and asked for refund. [Name Removed], the 2nd person called as i have trouble to understand [Name Removed]. [Name Removed] was even worse, texted me "Kana Sushi Wynyard did not sell any food/drinks to you today.....please confirm and provide bank details." his next text was" Ok, then, please agree that you are not going to make any issue after we refund, can you agree with it?"I found these texts are very disturbing". I then went to see the GP with medical certificate as i continued to experience abdominal cramps with more diarrhea s. I will never buy any sushi from Kana Sushi.
