I've dealt with Karaoke version for over 10 years. sign in. No matter what I tried, it was obvious I've been locked out. I even tried to make a new account but even the new account link doesn't work, so I couldn't make a new account either. The problem appears to be that, in order to even contact them one has to actually sign in to an account. I've been through all the procedures for signing in, Changing passwords and setting up a new account but at the point of sending the email or support request everything fails and I'm left with no further avenue of contact. I'm hoping that someone at Karaoke Version sees this review and gets in touch with me with a link to get into my account or at least some explanation for this failure to communicate.

A month later and I still can't get into my account and still no response from Karaoke version.
