Worst experience ever – I booked a bin for delivery and paid straight away $405 knowing if I canceled the bin there was a fee of $50. Not a problem unfortunately I had to cancel the bin and knowingly loosing $50. This was a week ago and I still after several phone calls am still being told it is being processed. Another case of the big guys taking advantage of the little guys.
