Positive Experience – We have just recently purchased a unit through Kay and Burton and the experience has been very positive. Darren Lewenberg was very professional throughout the whole process and handled all of our queries efficiently and courteously. I would happily recommend him to anyone requiring an agent.

washing machine to the nozzles as shown in the photo below. This should have done in prior of tenant's arrival. Anyway, they ignored my request and thought that those nozzles are designed to connect to a dishwasher. I mean this is stupidest excuse I have ever heard as why would someone built a dishwasher connection in the laundry. After I have confirmed with the official builder of the apartment and he said that it is designed for connection with the washing machine, they still ignored my request and calls. Moreover, I had some workers "broken" into my apartment around 8 in the morning to do some compulsory windows' work without contacting me to arrange a time with me in advance. This is Kay & Burton, who is Kay and who is Burton? This is how your real estate agency doing - absolute rubbish!!!

Do not fall into these agents! – Poorly managed a rental for us cost everybody $1000's more than it should have. Will take us 5 years to get back in front after their hair brained management skills

Turned investment property into a debt trap – They managed our investment property after convincing us they could get more money by getting the current tenant out & remarketing the property. Ended up costing thousands by taking their advice. Property was vacant for 6 months we had to spend money renovating now the tenant is suing us. We're at least $15,000 down now

The worst experience ever! – If you have a property for lease or a tenant please stay well clear of this outfit. They are incompetent & unscrupulous. If there were negative stars I'd give them minus a thousand..!

Lazy agents do not waste your time – Have enquired three times on a house for sale and have not received a reply. Obviously agents don't have time to respond to potential byers. Have now bought a different house. Definitely would not be listing any of my properties that I will be selling with this agency.
