Poor after sales service – I have rated this a 1 star due to the after sales service. We purchased our wood heater (Calienta) three years ago, year 1, the rope seal disintegrated, the door handle stuck and we could not open the heater and the air flow would not move. disintegrated and again the store kindly repaired. Year 3, once more the rope seal disintegrated to the point that the glass is no longer safe. Also the door handle broke in half. We emailed the company who asked us to send photo's of the issues we had, which we did. After waiting over a week for a response, we emailed again, to be told the person that was dealing with this had been away sick and would get back to us soon. After another length of time, we emailed again to ask that they could at least acknowledge receipt of the email that THEY requested. To this date we have heard nothing. I am not sure why they asked us to go to the bother of taking photo's and forwarding by email, if they do not even have the common curtesy to acknowledge receipt of our emails.

Issues!!! – We’ve had our wood heater for about 3 years now, on our second handle, rope keeps falling off, the screws holding the glass in place had come loose making the glass panel loose. I would not recommend this heater which is a damn shame as I love the look of it Show details

Very average product – On the second handle- this one can’t cope either. The rope lining around the door keeps coming off. All made worse by very poor after sales service. Over it!. Very average product sold from a very average retailer. Show details

Nice looking Heater, lacks quality – Purchased this Heater as it has an attractive modern design. It does sufficiently heat our 3 bedroom home but we have had some issues. rope around the glass only lasted less than 1 winters use and had to be replaced. The whole wood heater is also out of shape making the door hard to open and close.

This Heater obviously isn't made for daily use through winter, but if you're looking for a Heater that looks good and you only want to use it every so often it might suit you.
