Scam from this Co – I ordered from Healthy Life Co. got 5 bottles of the Active Keto tablets BHB , 30 to a bottle. Took them as directed for 1 month was2 bottles. Didn’t loose any weight. Talked on line to the Company as they have a refund policy. They just shut me down. This Company and their product is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them.

Scammed and ignored! – Original purchase price jumped up by $70 after checkout followed by an extra $100 in an email followed by a debit of an extra $100 from my account. Emailed, as no phone contact, immediately to cancel, no reply. Blocked my account and got in touch with my bank to stop payment. GRUBS! This drama over 1 bottle @ $39.95. Talk about a profit.

it hard to get your money back, you will nit be able to contact them. They use a false name when they withdraw from your credit card. Do not make a mistake and buy from these crooks. I did get my money back, I had to threaten them with ACCC, the bank investigating them then I threatened them with the Federal Police and because they are using an Australian Business the Australian Taxation Office warning them that this department always catches up with anyone. It worked and I received back $389 and $64. I have a few emails if anyone wants help.

it’ll charge you in US dollars it went from being $120 to the invoice saying $219 to being charged $319. I spoke to the live chat and they gave me the 50% refund I thought well least I’ll get half of it back, then I came across all the reviews on it and went on to call my bank and raise a dispute. I then went back to the live chat and demanded the full refund, I received another email saying they have refunded the rest… now I’m just waiting to see if I actually do get the refund. I’ve also canceled my card so nothing else can be taken.. how they are getting away with this is beyond me. DONT FALL FOR IT!!

opted for automatic renewal at the time of my initial purchase. This is utter rubbish, hidden in the fine print, there is no transparency regarding commitment to purchase. Even more interesting, when I replied to their email this week, calling them out for who they are, complete and utter predators and scam artists, my email has been mysteriously returned and their email wiped from my Gmail inbox. I honestly do not know how they get away with this. I would have thought Australian consumers were afforded some sort of protection against blatant scammers. This company is saturating Instagram with their advertising, I cannot imagine how much money they are making by fooling consumers, such as myself, with their false advertising. Think about it, if their product really did what they claim, they would not have to stoop to such underhanded tactics, the product should sell itself based on results achieved. Should have known really that would be just to good to be true. I think we need to do something about these companies who claim outrageous things at the expense of the vulnerable.
