Sigma Guitars sold by Keyboard Corner – I returned a Sigma Guitar that had snapped at the headstock between the first 2 machine heads. An obvious fault in the neck was dismissed as abuse by the user and the manager refused to pass my guitar on to the sales rep for review. As this qualifies as a major fault, I will be demanding a refund under Australian Consumer Law.
