they divulge my full name, phone number and email address to the tenant, it's none of their business, and a totally unprofessional response to the situation.

The reason it spreads onto my property is because the gardener hired to maintain the garden uses some sort of high speed rotary scarifier, it does a great job of spreading the prickles, rather than remove them. The property manager stated in a follow up email that the tenant sprays the weeds, but that would negate the need for any rotary scarifier.

Assuming that they inspect the property at least quarterly (one would hope), it seems they've never inspect outside of the house, otherwise they would have noticed the dividing fence falling down.

listed on the initial inspection sheet that the item was missing before I moved in. They also accused me of ripping out bulbs in the garden, when in fact bulbs die off when not in season and come back the following year.

They made it very difficult when moving on and In the future I would avoid a house listed through kies real estate, because it’s just not worth the hassle involved. Showing a little more respect to tenants would go a long way.

pole and the antenna (great) they dislodged a brick , the brick lodged in the gutter over the down pipe outlet. I get a call that there is dampness in a bedroom ceiling. Yes folks the whole ceiling was F!@##$ed. I have photos and evidence. (So please sue me) " And thats not all folks"

Apart from standard quarterly inspections we have only asked for some minor maintenance (door locks, plumbing etc) to be carried out all of which we have been accused of causing even though the tradesman who completed the repairs have all agreed that they were legitimate requests.

We have even met the owners who told me personally they could not believe how lucky they were to have decent tenants who give them no grief and look after the place ( it's in much better condition then when we moved in)

I have found Kies to be quite disrespectful when contacting us, accusing us of not being home when tradesman were allegedly organised to visit and passing on expenses for repairs which should have been covered by the owner (general end of life repairs/ replacements.)

After paying the expenses which were passed on (what choice does a tenant really have if you don't want to be evicted) even for a short term renter) the tradesman has denied receiving payment and Kies has rudely accused us of making the error even though we can supply bank statements proving it was paid in full and on time.

It seems they have no respect for quality tenants and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a rental property. As a landlord I would have been disgusted to learn the agency I paid good money to was treating good tenants with such attitude as I know how expensive it is to have houses untenanted or the inconvenience of a high turn over.

In short save yourself the hassle of dealing with such an unprofessional agency and look elsewhere as I myself have had many pleasant dealings with other Barossa real estate agencies. The property is great The agency the owner has listed the property
