Kindred Property

Very poor – 30/9/2022 Unfortunately I used this company to property manage my home whilst I was away for a year. What a mistake that was. In my opinion there was a distinct and palpable lack of proactive property management skills and knowledge. I certainly would never repeat my decision to use Kindred for property management and I would urge any other landlords for now or in the future to carefully consider an alternative for their needs.

Awesome Rental help – So happy in a rental not far from the beach. The staff were friendly, I had a really quick response after an inspection and moved in within 3 days. They are ready to answer your questions and listen.

Asked for Contract on house then after no contact for 24 hours, ring and said property under contract – I was sent an email about a property for sale by Kindred Property Redcliffe. Confirmed price, booked inspection for 4 pm the next day and asked for contract to be sent. They returned an email asking for details and conditions. One of the conditions was Building and Pest. The agent emailed back saying the vendor would not have Building and Pest as a condition. I returned the email querying why as I would waive the condition if I knew why. The day of the inspection, I sent a follow up email and text to Kindred Property in the morning without a reply. The agent then rang me at 2:00 pm, 2 hours before the inspection to confirm the inspection time. She then went on to say that another contract was put to the vendor and was accepted and did I still want to inspect and be the back up contract. I pointed out the lack of communication but ultimately I was first in line to have a contract on the property but they were too lazy to communicate with me. Never will I deal with a company like this again.
