This is not what you see in the shops – We saw in showroom in Harvey Norman a different mattress a firm mattress paying $ 2000 but when received it was much light and soft and when complain they don’t take responsibility and not do anything about that please don’t pay heavy price for kind of junk

Worst mistake in history – We have had 3 of these mattresses over the past few years and returned them to be fixed by Beard. Purchased them through Forty Winks. My wife's back has been terrible but i thought it was in her mind! We went away to New Zealand and slept on a second hand old spring mattress and she ( along with me) had out best 7 sleeps ever. All the comments made by the other reviews are exactly what my wife has experienced.......the mattress leaves imprints of the body and rises in the middle. No matter what they do to repair the problem it comes back. When I read the reviews I then realised it is not just us. My question is why the hell do they keep selling these mattresses to the public!!

Terrible – Had mattress back to AH Beard factory for 'repairs' only 6 months after purchase and they said that there was too much material in the top comfort layer... (The LOAN mattress they gave us was WAY more comfortable.) They fixed this issue but it did not fix the comfort of the mattress. I'm now having to look for a replacement mattress which is crazy when I have a 12 month old one with a 10 year guarantee.. Not worth the material its made out of!!!!!! Do not like this mattress at all The mattress although only 12 months old has HUGE troughs in it where my partner and I sleep leaving a huge 'hill' in between us. The mattress is uncomfortable and even with a foam underlay AND a woolen underlay I still find it difficult to sleep and end up with a bad back before morning.
