We love our sofa so much! It’s absolutely perfect, we were a little apprehensive about ordering online but honestly it was a better experience than anything we found in physical stores. Assembly was a breeze, the sofa is durable and well made it’s exactly what we were looking for and the service was fantastic. We can not wait to support Koala again in the future

Super happy with our new Torquay sofa. Construction seems really solid, nice deep seats. It’s firm but still really comfortable to sit or lay on.

Sturdy Okay colour A bit too firm Not wide enough for me to sleep in comfortably (but accurate dimensions as per website)

We were very excited for our green torquay sofa to arrive after ordering in November but unfortunately our couch was delivered with one seat missing its cover and the other without holes to attach the feet. is quite disappointing given we don't have a useable couch! My wife is heavily pregnant and due to give birth any day so we were hoping for a more prompt resolution to this mistake.

To their credit Koala did arrange a replacement and were apologetic for the inconvenience. Couch is comfortable although as others have noted the green colour is quite different to the online images.

Comfortable and supportive, mostly easy to assemble and looks great in our lounge. Minus a star because the Forrest Dawn colour was very misleading based on the website images. Show details
