Terrific mattress! We love this – We are so happy with purchase of our King Koil Chiro Elite mattress, that we're now sourcing two more for the kids. Great cutomer service - very efficient and great communication.

Terrible mattress – This mattress is absolutely terrible! After every sleep my back is in agony. My husband’s side of the bed has a huge indent. Both sides of the mattress are sagging terribly. We tried to return to Harvey Norman but were told we would have to pay to have it shipped to Melbourne and would have to get it professionally cleaned first. We decided it just wasn’t worth it. We spent so much hard earned money on what we thought would be an amazing mattress, so disappointing. Finally buying a new mattress today, can’t wait to send the old one to the dump!

Hi PKL89 That doesn't quite sound right. We have a manufacturing plant in every state except for ACT and NT. If you purchased in VIC and now live in QLD. You are able to speak with our QLD team. With regards to sanitisation, this is a Work Health and Safety requirement only if the mattress has visible stains on the top panel. A disappointing purchase – We purchased the king koil chiro elite in February 2019 for approximately $2,500. Its been the most disappointing purchase and we are sorry we spent so much money on such a terrible mattress. It is incredibly uncomfortable and within weeks, we noticed dips forming in the mattress from our body shapes. We started rotating the mattress every 2-3 weeks but it still continues and we continually wake up with body aches and feeling like we havent slept for a year. We sent it back to Beards and after their inspection, they declared there was nothing wrong with the mattress. We were better off keeping our fantastic furniture mattress we paid $500 for 10 years ago. Were now looking to purchase a new mattress after 8 months use of this one.
Hi Sam That doesn't sound right given the information you've provide. Body impressions are a normal part of any mattresses settling in process. The more plush the mattress the more the mattress will conform to the occupants over time. The warranty covers off manufacturing faults. Could you email us you contact details. We'd like to help.
