virtually brand new yet unusable. I'm sleeping On an old sprung mattress by little known company and its 100 better., uncomfortable. The bed Makes back sore, continually having to move to find a firm spot.

Have awful back pain – Our mattress is about 3 years old now, and the last 12 months or so, as others have stated, it has indented so badly on both sides. I have never had back trouble until now, waking very early in the morning with pain across the top of my back and shoulders. Would not recommend this to anyone, and after paying $1700 having to save for a new mattress that doesn't cause the back issues. Show details

contact the manufacturer and see how good their warranty is. This is a manufacturing problem, not a user problem.

required us to:- Lay the mattress on the floor. Lay a straight edge across the mattress and measure how much it had sagged. It had sagged 30 millimetres. Manufacturer states that sagging from 25 to 40 millimetres is acceptable. Presumably to them, not us. Apparently the manufacturer thinks it reasonable to have a failure of up to 14 to 15% before they need to take responsibility. If we are to forge ahead with our claim, the list of requirements is staggering. We have decided to put it down to (a bad) experience and seek a different manufacturer.

Mislead by the Chiro name – No reviews for this product when purchased. My partner and are not overweight and reasonably fit but have both sustained a back injury. the middle join in the base. We put pillow top between base and mattresses which helped for some time but it cannot keep up with the sagging mattress on either side of centre. Mattress is too heavy to flip often but it is necessary. frustrating considering the mattress was supposedly 'firm'. We rotated the mattress regularly as instructed but this has done little to assist. The indents have only got worse and we are now waking with stiffness/back issues. Do NOT buy this mattress, poor quality and a complete waste of money.

I cannot believe I bought this without reading the reviews......yes I indeedy did and will never buy – I bought a queen size 'Chiro Entice' (which I thought was a firm, but was a) medium. Secondly, it is so soft that when sat on, it is hard to stand up from it. Thirdly, after only 1 week of use, there was a channel down each side for sleeping bodies and and a huge hill down the centre of the mattress - ensuring those bodies never touch again - unless they enjoy balancing or they want to share a channel! Never, never buy one.

Worst mattress and customer experience ever! – Our mattress has sagged twice. The 1st time it took weeks and maybe 10 phone calls to get them to do anything despite it being under warranty. When it happened a second time we had the same thing. They were so difficult to deal with that we actually gave up. We actually threw the mattress away and got another one from another company. Worst mattress ever slept on – The one in the shop was much softer that we tried than the one delivered. Mattress is too firm and we have had to buy a topper to try and make it tolerable. I can't wait to get rid of it for a comfortable mattress. Less than a year old and already leaving indents of where we sleep (we are average weight people). Good night's sleep – Mattress very comfortable and with good back support, recently purchased, so can't say as to durability, but we have had a mattress from the same manufacturer for over 10years so went back to them again for this one. Mattress has a 10 year guarantee. Would definitely recommend this brand.  Show details

Have never slept better in my life! – Could not be happier with this mattress - sleeping like a baby ever since I got it. Was abit concerned after reading some of the reviews on here, but can honestly say that this bed is fantastic. So comfortable.
