Hopeless – Selected medium profile mattress at Harvey Norman after inspecting all brands/models on display at their Gepps Cross store, but the product that was delivered was immensely inferior to what was on display. It simply has no support for the lower back and hips and is just outright uncomfortable. I was previously a sound sleeper with no back complaints, but now I cannot sleep longer than 4 hours before being awoken from back pain and general discomfort. I’m fortunate that I kept my old matress in a spare room, because after 2 months of continual mattress rotations, minimal sleep and back pain from my new mattress, I was happy to swap-back to my old mattress which restored my life by providing sound sleep and eliminated my back pain. Wasted $2.5k on this pathetic excuse of a mattress and expended my free annual hard-rubbish collection to get rid! This mattress is beyond salvation and I urge anyone not to inflict it upon themselves.
Short of a refund, there is nothing that can be done - I'd rather concede $2.5k than waste any more time or valuable sleep on this regretful purchase. I've learnt from this experience and have a greater appreciation for how fortunate I've been in my previous mattress purchases (none of which were King Koil).

Shocking Quality For A Brand New $3000 Mattress Avoid This Brand – Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company at all We purchased a $3000 king sized mattress from Harvey Norman Within 2 weeks of it being delivered we complained to Harvey Norman about all the springs in the mattress making popping sounds They referred us to the manufacturer and they said they will pick it up, repair it and deliver the same mattress back to us I said that’s not acceptable It’s a brand new mattress and we want a replacement It was only 2 weeks old They came back and said that this is their policy I complained to Fair Trading which was a complete waste of time We are now waiting for the mattress to be picked up and they will leave a replacement mattress until our brand new mattress is returned
The quality is terrible for a brand new $3000 mattress

AHB-68805-G6J9Q8 They picked up our new mattress yesterday and left a loan mattress that's as hard as a rock.
This is the first time in our life's that we have had such a bad experience with a brand new mattress. We also paid a premium price and did not expect the quality or after service that we have received.
Keep in mind this defect was reported to Harvey Norman within 2 weeks of purchasing this mattress.
The whole mattress makes popping sounds when layed on and was confirmed by your representative when he visited our home.
