same as in store. Think they display a top model then you get a much inferior product delivered. My partner said the firm is only just firm. Mine fells wretched and now have a sore shoulder to add to my woes. Spent huge amount at this business over the years but never again. Sealy is a much better product. With this King Coil I wake up every night and also it gets hot.

medium where they put a medium topper on the top. Within weeks it went like a pancake and feels like laying on the floor again. I again contacted customer service who advised that they can no longer help me. We have no option but to buy a new mattress and not a king Koil due to server pain I face ever day. Prior to this matress we had a king Koil for 9 years and loved it so reading all the comments they have gone down hill. Do yourself a favour and read and trust the reviews and don’t buy one. No doubt customer service will reply to this review but once I contact them again nothing will be done to ensure I do actually sleep well and my pain is ended.

Sagging and no side edge support – We bought this mattress in October 2022. Within the first 6 months we started regretting our decision. The mattress had grown very soft. Now, a few months short of 2 years, the mattress is sagging and we are back in the market for a new mattress. Show details

King Koil Chiro Tycoon Plush – We bought this mattress in November 2020 and have become very disillusioned with the so called quality. The stitching is coming undone and the sleep areas are sagging badly. We have religiously turned the mattress as per instructions to no avail. This is clearly our worst investment ever. Show details

Most expensive mistake I’ve ever made – Wake up aching in the morning. Have kept trying for several nights but back aches so much I have to go sleep in the other room. Don't do it! – Honestly if you are thinking about buying this, don't do it. We felt like this medium mattress was so comfortable in the store but it was terrible after the first night. there are lumps in the middle. Very disappointed as it’s made by. A H beard. I’m looking around for a new mattress.

Too Hot – I previously had this same model for over 10 years with no issues. This new model gets far too hot. Also it seems to sag/has no support in some parts of the bed, but is very firm in the middle. Also on some occasions can hear what sounds like a spring popping when I move. I would no longer recommend this mattress.
