'Customer service' at both retailer (Harvey Norman Springvale) and manufacturer (AHBeard) consisted of stating the no returns policy, and offering for me to spend more money for some adjustments that I had no faith in, and would not result in me being able to exchange the bed for something comfortable anyway.
