Disappointed in bed - middle hump and body sag – The bed started off well but after a few weeks it developed a hump in the middle and body position sag. We have spent considerable time trying to resolve the issues with the bed . Unfortunately at the point of sale we were not told of its poor performance.

For Information All mattresses will exhibit body signatures as the mattress upholstery conforms to the body to provide cushioning and comfort. This is not a defect covered by this guarantee. Body signatures up to 40mm on a pillow top mattress and up to 25mm on a nonpillow top mattress is considered a normal occurrence. Rotating the mattress periodically will help equalise wear and tear.
