The Most Versatile Mattress for Changing Sleep Patterns – Most comfortable mattress I've ever had. The great thing is you can actually change things in and on the mattress such as cooling or heating layers, soft or firm. I find that over time I change my sleeping patterns therefore previously I'd get over a mattress every 5 years or so, but not I can just change my existing one. Show details ·  1

you a feel for what it's like at home. I bought another brand which sagged and got really uncomfortable after about 3 month. So then I bought this one and it's so comfortable, and it's now 2 years after purchase.

Worst mattress ever – I purchased the bed and mattress after trying it in Store. Sagged after a month! – Bought in Oct 21 delivered Feb 22 omw! Chose firmest mattress hoping it wouldn’t sag. It sagged under 4wks and wouldn’t bounce back after multiple turns. Bad delivery experience and the product arrived damaged and the delivery guys were hopeless to say the least – The mattress is GD the bed is nice if it wasn't damaged. We bought a bed waited 3 months and know have to wait another 3 months as the bed was broken. When you buy a first class product you expect a first class service. King has our money, no further service – We bought a King mattress and bed in October last year. Delivery was to be 11 Jan 2023. Monday 9 January. Despite several phone calls and waiting indoors for response NOTHING. No contact. King conduct leaves you feeling that you are not valued as a customer. There is a total disconnect between the store and the warehouse. A simple phone call by the store could have saved a lot of delay and frustration.

We cancelled appointments so as to be available for delivery on 11 January. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. Bed was very expensive, $3944.00, and no value shown to the customer. Bought from King Gold Coast. My wife went into the King store before Christmas to follow up. She was told that the store did not know if the bed was in stock and that the warehouse would phone us to confirm delivery and we could pay by credit card at that time.

Thanks to “Product Review” King made contact and confirmed delivery for 18 January. The young lady who followed up our order as a result of the Product Review post was very professional and courteous.

There is a complete disconnect between the store and the warehouse. Once King has your money you are of no further use. Even after the intervention we were set an absolute deadline of 12pm 11 January to pay the balance for delivery on 18 January. We also received 4 or 5 reminders on 11 January to pay before 12pm.

On the day of supposed delivery, we received an email at 15.38 hrs to say “It looks like we haven't been able to successfully complete our delivery for you today. A KING consultant will contact you within 1-2 business days.” Good job we did not go out because the truck arrived.

If you buy from King the contract runs to 10 and a half pages, 8 and a half being terms and conditions. You have to pay the full amount upfront and should there be any damage or missing parts Product Review posts suggest you may have to wait months for correction.

“Product Review” is the saviour from King. King sets deadlines for the customer but does not care about meeting its own set times.

King asked for a review of their service but does not provide a mechanism. King’s system is a total shambles which has caused considerable inconvenience and delay.

Worst mattress. Not worth the money – I purchased this mattress along with a Neo bed frame. Mattress has failed and has sunk on one side. King has agreed it is faulty but I am still waiting for replacement 7 months later. State team leader doesn’t call you back or reply to emails. I am suffering from immense back pain daily from having to sleep on this faulty mattress. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone. Show details

King Living Mattress Sleep+ 6000 = HEAVEN – Have owned this mattress for 6 weeks now - it is just heavenly to sleep on. solution of King’s layers is brilliant and the customisation of warm/cool layers etc., So far I have had better sleep and just love the feeling of this mattress which gently ‘molds’ to the body- it is quality and luxury. I have the Encore bed base which is also brilliant. Personally prefer a solid frame to an ensemble. Bought on sale and the price was similar to the rubbish I previously owned - this is quite simply a superior product.

chronic back pain which is the reason we splurged on this model. I can honestly say that the pain can be excruciating during the days but once I go to bed it does not exist, coming from someone who has suffered this for going on 8 years it is a dream come true. No more stiffness upon waking up, no more pain, just a beautiful, blissful sleep which results in waking up happy for the first time in years. Money well spent, would recommend to anyone especially those with back and pain issues.

The Perfect Mattress! – Absolute perfection. Very easy to move up a very tight staircase as all components can be taken out and carried up separately. So, so comfortable, such a great concept for a mattress. Just zip off the cover and flip for firmer or softer. Extremely well made. hygienic and well thought out mattress. I love the fact I can take it apart and see through the layers and clean as and when needed. I can only imagine what I'd been sleeping with the past 10 years on my old one... EEK!

I am already planning to purchase the CoolFit layer for the warm months coming up.

The delivery was also communicated/planned well and the delivery guys were very respectful of taking care during the whole process.

This is truly going to be my mattress for life!
